Házirend
Célunk, hogy biztosítsuk az Ön kellemes pihenését és elkerüljük az esetleges félreértéseket, ezért szeretnénk, ha megismerkedne házirendünkkel!
A foglalásnál feltételezhető, hogy Ön ismeri, és elfogadja ezt a házirendet, valamint, hogy az betartásra kerül.
A vendégházunkat magánszállás keretein belül működtetjük.
Érkezéskor a vendég köteles a szállásadónak átadni adatfelvétel miatt a személyes dokumentumait (útlevél vagy személyi igazolvány, lakcímkártya), és a helyszínen fizetendő összeget. Vendégeink a szobákat csak a teljes részvételi díj kifizetése után foglalhatják el!
A teljes részvételi díj alatt az előre lefoglalt napokat értjük, abban az esetben ha úgy döntenek, az itt tartózkodást előbb szakítják meg, nem áll módunkban a pénzt visszafizetni.
A szállás az érkezés napján 14.00 és 20.00 között lehet elfoglalni. Ha később érkezne, késéséről kérjük, telefonon tájékoztasson minket! Ha ezt elmulasztja, megeshet, hogy nem tudjuk fogadni.
A távozás napján 10.00-ig kell elhagyni a szálláshelyet, ellenkező esetben felárat számolunk fel.
Vendégeink érkezéskor szoba és kapu kulcsot is kapnak, hogy szabadon közlekedhessenek. A távozás napján kérjük, a kulcsot kívülről a szoba ajtajában hagyni!
Vendégházunk családi vállalkozás, munkaidőnk változatos (leginkább vendégeink érkezési idejéhez igazítjuk), ezért távozáskor megeshet, hogy nem tudjuk kikísérni vendégeinket, emiatt szíves elnézésüket kérjük!
A szálláshelyen látogatókat kizárólag napközben lehet fogadni, a szállásadó engedélyével.
A csendrendeletre és a többi vendégünkre való tekintettel kérjük, mindenféle zajos tevékenységet legyenek szívesek mellőzni! Továbbá kérjük, hogy éjszakai illetve hajnali hazaérkezéskor csendben közlekedjenek az épületben!
Szobáinkban, apartmanjainkban dohányozni tilos, csak az udvaron megengedett. (Elektromos cigarettára és IQOS-ra is vonatkozik!) A csikkeket kérjük, az erre a célra fenntartott hamutartókba szíveskedjenek eldobni!
Állatokat csak a tulajdonos engedélyével szabad a szálláshelyre behozni!
A szobákban hagyott személyes tárgyakért felelősséget nem vállalunk!
A vendég felelős a saját viselkedéséért a házban és annak környékén, az esetleges balesetért maga viseli a következményeket.
Kérjük, hogy figyeljenek a rendre, óvják a ház berendezését, és azokat ne vigyék ki a szobából (pl: törölköző, kispárna, takaró)!
A szobák elhagyásakor, kérjük zárják el a vizet, villanyt, csukják be az ablakot, és zárják be az ajtót!
A szobákba tilos bevinni bármiféle gyúlékony anyagot, eszközt!
A szállás területén okozott kárt a károkozó, vagy annak törvényes képviselője köteles megtéríteni.
Kérjük vendégeinket, hogy a szobákban ne étkezzenek! Étkezésre használják a teakonyhát, melyet kérjük, tartsanak tisztán! Mindenki köteles maga után elmosni a használt edényeket, evőeszközöket.
Vendégházunkban szelektíven gyűjtjük a hulladékot! Kérjük, a műanyagot, alumíniumot és papírt az e célra kihelyezett sárga színű zsákokba és kukákba helyezzék.
Fenntartjuk a jogot a vendégkörünk megválogatására. Ittas állapotú, agresszív hajlamú vendégeket nem fogadunk!
A tulajdonos jogában áll lemondani a szállást, ha a vendég nem tartja be a házirendet és ha megbontja a békét.
A házirend megsértése esetén, a szállás lemondásra kerülhet. Ebben az esetben a vendégnek nem áll módunkban visszafizetni az esetlegesen fennmaradó napokat.
A szállás igénybevételével magától értetődik, hogy a vendég elolvasta, megértette és elfogadta a házirendben foglaltakat.
Amennyiben elégedettek a szállás szolgáltatásaival, kérjük írjanak véleményt online felületeinken.

Our aim is to ensure your relaxation and to avoid any misunderstandings, so we would like you to familiarise yourself with our policy!
When booking, it is assumed that you are aware of and accept this policy and that it will be adhered to.
We operate our guest house as a private accommodation.
Upon arrival, guests are required to hand over to the host their personal documents (passport or identity card, address card) and the amount payable on the spot for identification purposes. Guests are only allowed to book the rooms after paying the full participation fee!
The full participation fee is for the days booked in advance, in case you decide to interrupt your stay earlier, we will not be able to refund the money.
Accommodation can be booked between 14.00 and 20.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please inform us by phone! If you fail to do so, we may not be able to accommodate you.
You must leave the accommodation by 10.00 on the day of departure, otherwise a surcharge will be applied.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a room key and a gate key for free access. Please leave the key outside the room on the day of departure.
Our guesthouse is a family business, our working hours are varied (mostly adjusted to the arrival time of our guests), so we may not be able to see our guests out on departure, for which we apologize!
Visitors are only allowed during the day with the permission of the host.
Please refrain from any noisy activities in order to respect the silence regulations and other guests. We also kindly ask you to be quiet when returning home at night or at dawn!
Smoking is not allowed in our rooms and apartments, only in the courtyard (also applies to electric cigarettes and IQOS).
Animals are only allowed on the premises with the owner’s permission!
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the rooms!
The guest is responsible for his/her own behaviour in and around the house and is liable for any accidents.
Please keep the house tidy, take care of the equipment and do not take it out of the room (e.g. towels, pillows, blankets).
When leaving the room, please turn off the water, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the door!
It is forbidden to bring any flammable material or equipment into the rooms!
Damage caused on the premises of the accommodation shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his/her legal representative.
Guests are kindly requested not to eat in the rooms! Please use the kitchenette for meals and keep it clean! Everyone is required to wash up after themselves any utensils or cutlery used.
Waste is collected separately in our guest house! Please place plastic, aluminium and paper in the yellow bags and bins provided.
We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept drunk or aggressive guests!
The owner reserves the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not respect the house rules and disturbs the peace.
In case of violation of the rules, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case the guest will not be refunded for any remaining days.
By using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the house rules.
